Welcome to Claypedia
A community based online encyclopedia for the field of Ceramic Arts. The focus of Claypedia will be on terms and definitions commonly used in ceramics, including raw materials, tools, and equipment.
Furthermore Claypedia will be used as a ceramic art history resource, covering important artists, important works, as well as geographical regions, schools, and specific movements.
The power of this Wiki is it will be full integrated with the Claystation's social research network. If it is defined here, it will AUTOMATICALLY create a link to the definition posted in this Wiki.
Much of the information will start from the Wikipedia, which is entirely legal, but we want to take it a step further. Work needs to be cited and edited specifically with the Ceramic Arts Audience in mind. So please volunteer today and help us build this resources.
Thank you, Andy Clift
