The Museum of Modern Ceramic Art, Gifu

We aim to offer a new cultural hub that exposes residents of the prefecture to ceramics while adding excitement and joy to their lives.
We aim to offer a new cultural hub that exposes residents of the prefecture to ceramics while adding excitement and joy to their lives. We aim to exhibit a variety of ceramic works and provide easy-to-understand information in order to inspire people to take up creative activities. We aim to establish a network with other museums both inside and outside the prefecture and undertake museum activities with a broader perspective. We aim to become an open museum in cooperation with ceramic artists and Ceramics Park Mino. We aim to contribute to the continued development of the ceramics industry by cooperating with the design field, among others, and by providing information to an international audience.
