My name is Melissa, I live in Pasadena, CA and I have been a potter for 7 years. I work out of the Community Center of La Canada Flintridge.
I recently was laid off (I'm a web developer/designer by day) and if it weren't for pottery, I think I would have gone insane! I just love the sense community that is created at a pottery studio. And I love the idea of an online community for us as well. I am currently in the process of creating an online pottery community as well, similar to this one, but specifically for the Los Angeles area.
