Ceramics Instructor

Job Description:
Ideal candidate will be comfortable working with adults with developmental disabilities on a daily basis. They will be able to teach new techniques to their students as well as help them conceive new ideas for projects.
Primary hours are M-F 8:30-4pm

Job Requirements:
1.Expertise in ceramic techniques (slab, coil, pinch, raku, pitfire, glazing, throwing…etc)
2.Can operate electric and gas kilns
3.Familiar with glaze techniques
4.Can install gallery shows
5.Can organize workspace
6. Extensive knowledge of contemporary art
