Barack Obama Clay Portrait and Juan Andreu Clay Work

Patty and I, the owners of Lakeside Pottery Ceramic School and Studio in Stamford, CT, came across Juan Andreu, a ceramic artist and a sculptor originally from spain mainly working with Spanish Bulls sculptures. He comes to our studio to fire his work and use our space. We were amazed at the speed of which he works with clay and the accuracy of his work without using any measurment tools. Our hope is that he get discovered and appriciated. We challenge any one to come up with Barak Obama Clay portrait sculpture as close to reality as Juan is able to achieve - just amazing and hope you enjoy these pictures.
